SENATOR MILLER moved to calendar SCR 2-MANAGEMENT OF FISH &                                                                     
WILDLIFE.                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected and asked if SCR 2 is related to the                                                                     
intensive game management issue that arose with former Senator                                                                  
Sharp.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR MILLER responded the resolution states the Legislature                                                                  
wants Alaska's fish and game resources to be managed on a                                                                       
biological basis.                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS maintained his objection to calendaring SCR 2.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
The motion to calendar SCR 2 carried with Senators Miller, Pearce,                                                              
Leman and Kelly voting "Yea," and Senator Ellis voting "Nay."
